Dormakaba QDC100 Commercial Door Closer

The dormakaba QDC100 Series commercial door closers are designed for extra heavy-duty performance in high-traffic commercial, institutional, and industrial openings. Built with durable cast iron body construction, the QDC100 Series supports reliable door control for interior and exterior applications where long-term performance is important.

The QDC100 Series includes non-handed and universal mounting options, with configurations available for regular arm, parallel arm, and top jamb applications depending on the opening. Select models are designed with tri-pack arms and retrofit-compatible features, including a footprint, bolt pattern, and rounded cover style that may work well in applications where an LCN 4040 closer was previously used.

This series is ANSI/BHMA A156.4 Grade 1 certified, ADA compliant, and UL/cUL listed for self-closing fire-rated openings up to 3 hours. QDC100 Series closers are also available in common architectural finishes, including 689 painted aluminum, depending on the selected configuration.
