Air Louvers 1900A Fire-Rated Adjustable Z-Blade Louvers are designed for commercial fire-rated door openings that require controlled ventilation. The adjustable Z-blade design allows airflow when open, while the fusible link mechanism is designed to close the louver during fire conditions.

  • Suitable for fire-rated door assemblies up to 1-1/2 hours, depending on size, door type, and listing requirements

  • Fusible link mechanism activates at 165°F

  • Self-attaching frame design

  • Single-sided fastening helps keep the corridor side free of visible fasteners

  • Louvers are riveted to the operating bar and frame

  • 1-1/4" face frame with mitered and welded corners

  • Cold rolled steel or zinc-plated steel frame and blades depending on selected configuration

  • Standard bronze powder coat finish

  • Allows ventilation while supporting listed fire-rated opening requirements

  • Security grille option may be available through the 1900ASG Series

  • Suitable for retrofit, replacement, facility maintenance, and new construction projects
